- Personal identification information for flight registration purposes such as full name, email address, rank, etc.
- Flight plans and any other data provided by integration from a third party vendor which requires to be displayed via our services.

We collect data and process data when the Customer:
- Enters data directly using one or any of our services.
- Provides data import via integrations either directly to the Customer’s databases or via a third-party vendor.
- Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
How will we use your data?
The Supplier processes the data collected solely for operational use of our Services.
How do we store your data?
The Supplier’s dedicated Data Center is owned by Microsoft Azure and the data residency geographical storage location is West Europe within the EU jurisdiction.
As part of the data required for standard operations in the Supplier’s Service, maintaining historical personal data is crucial for correct data registration. Accordingly, individual personal data cannot be deleted from historic records upon demand as it will result in incorrect information. Therefore, by accepting the Term of Agreement, the Customer accepts full responsibility to have informed and received consent from the data subject for maintaining historical records including personal data.
A Customer request for data deletion must be received in writing, by an authorized representative and can only be done in full. Meaning, records will be deleted fully, and the Customer cannot request deletion of partial data.
What are your data protection rights?
The Supplier would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – The Customer reserves the right to request The Supplier for copies of the data stored. These services can result in additional fees in accordance with the Price List.
The right to rectification – The Customer reserves the right to request The Supplier correct any information that is stated as inaccurate. The Customer also reserves the right to request The Supplier to complete the information that is believed to be incomplete. These services can result in additional fees in accordance with the Price List.
The right to erasure – As per the nature of the Supplier’s services, the customer does not have the right to request erasure of data that can impact historical information required for operational needs.
The right to restrict processing – The Customer reserves the right to request The Supplier to restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – The Customer reserves the right to request The Supplier processing of personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – The Customer reserves the right to request The Supplier to transfer the data collected to another organization, or directly to the Customer, under certain conditions. These services can result in additional fees in accordance with the Price List.

The Supplier keeps its privacy policy under regular review and places any updates on this web page. This privacy policy was last updated on 16 February 2021.

Additional points – The flight briefing packages are data that we get from 3rd parties and are stored for 3 months, while the Flight Reports and the data recordings in our Database are our own data and they are stored for a minimum of 5 years.
