Digital Marketer/Growth Hacker

IFS is a modern Danish software company, set to bring tech innovation to the aviation industry.
Our mission is to make flight operations feel simple and we do so by removing any manual obstacles on the way.

Why join us?

We’re currently on a transformational path taking our product from good to groundbreaking, from solution-based to truly SaaS, and are uniquely positioned in the market to enable this development.

This is a new position. We need to rethink our marketing and sales plan entirely – we used to meet clients at conferences, now we want to meet them online. This means that you will have to design our online marketing strategy from scratch, implement and iterate on it.
Our market is worldwide, but the language of the industry is always English.
You will have the full freedom and a dedicated budget to implement your vision.

If you want to join a team that has set out to change the rules of the game – you belong with us.

Who you are

Your superheroes are Sean Ellis and Niel Patel. You eat, breathe and dream of your opportunity to implement growth-hacks of your own.

You are not looking for a job, but for a sandbox of opportunities to play with.

You were never afraid to experiment and fail, you’ve had this mindset for some years by now, and you have learned a lot from experience. You surely have some exciting success stories that you can’t wait to share with us.

You are resourceful, self-driven and always taking full ownership of whatever you are working on.

You are tech-savvy and love playing with new technologies and new tools. You are an optimization geek, and surely tried connecting stuff with IFTTT/Zaiper and building spaceships with Excel.

You have a track-record of at least 5 years in the field, working for a couple of small-medium sized companies, where you can take the credit for a significant part of the success. Alternatively, you’ve worked for an agency and can tell us of the success of the clients you’ve managed.

You love change. You love the fact that the company that you will join tomorrow, as well as your role in it, will look different over time.

You have good analytical skills, understanding of the correlation of various channels, and experience crafting data-driven user journeys.

You won’t say it yourself, but your colleagues know that you are the best in your field.

Oh and you have a good eye to distinguish well-written content from a poor one, so most likely you wouldn’t approve this position to go live like this.

Your responsibilities

  1. Develop a concrete, modern marketing strategy
  2. Do what it takes to execute the strategy

You will be in charge of everything related to our online presence and build-up of leads for sales, be it PPC campaigns, cold emails, webinars or anything else that you will deem fitting.

We expect you to take charge and run things, but you’ll never be alone. We’re an office full of ambitious doers, and we prioritize a great working environment.

In your application, please tell us explicitly:

  1. The range and breadth of your experience
  2. An example for a successful campaign you have done
  3. What do you find most appealing about this position
